Hard to understand why they have done this, it does not reflect well on their customer support to decline to support authorized versions of iTunes.

I tried to see if Noteburner would provide an update to reflect the current version of iTunes, they have said they will not. Noteburner has made the current version of this app compatible with iTunes v The version they have updated to is only available from a third-party website called The iPhone Wiki.Īs a result, this app errors out and will not convert iTunes movies. Even with the updated version, this app is not compatible with the current version of iTunes authorized by Apple. Pretty disappointed in Noteburner right now.

Unexpectedly, they refunded the order to me and told me that I may accidentally input a blank before the e-mail address or the code. I wrote an e-mail to the support team about the problem. Yesterday I met a registration problem which really pissed me off, thus I directly bought the product one more time. I love NoteBurner, not only for the product itself, but also for the excellent support team. Can i convert an apple m4p to mp3 and keep it on my mac? Do i need another aplication on my phone to play it? I really question MacUpdate's integrity when they allow not only shill reviews, but cloneware like this that uses unlicensed code stolen from other developers.įor shame, MacUpdate. I've e-mailed you several times in the last 2 days requesting a copy of my registration key after my hard drive crashed, with no response. Can I download music directly to a flash drive? The help center said to click on the menu bar and look for registration. I just bought the fill version of noteburner but can't get the trial version to convert. I bought the upgrade, received the code, but according to the instructions of what to do next, I'm supposed to click on the menu bar I don't see one anywhere and register using the code.
